If you post normally and don’t use a courier service, please keep this notice for future reference.
Previously, we had couriers arriving at our head office in Crows Nest to deliver documents.
However we’re moving offices and we will no longer accept deliveries here.
Using our PO Box address is much more safe!

Why we are changing courier deliveries:
We want to ensure that your packages continue to be treated securely, and remove the risk of losing parcels.
PO Boxes are much more secure and reliable.
For these reasons, we have decided not to accept physically couriered deliveries any more.

Australia Post has accepted courier deliveries to PO Boxes from approved companies for a number of years now.
Please check with your chosen carrier whether they are able to deliver to a PO Box.
The recommended carriers are Australia Post and StarTrack (Auspost article)*.
*There might be an additional fees if not using Australia Post or StarTrack.
If you used to come to our office to drop your parcel, note that you can also drop your parcel at the Crows Nest Post Office (for a small charge).
