Is there a limit to how many documents I can store in my Squirrel Street account?
Nope! You can store as many documents as you need in your account, for as long as you need. They will always be accessible to you, regardless of the plan you are on.
What happens to my mailed in documents after they’ve been scanned and processed?
Your documents are stored securely for 4 weeks after which they will be shredded and disposed of securely. If you prefer, there is an option to have your documents returned to you for a flat fee of $17/month.
Where is Squirrel Street located?
Our head office is located in Sydney, NSW. All mailed in documents are processed in house, in either our Australian or New Zealand processing centres, depending on which address you send your envelopes to.
Can I use my Squirrel Street account for audit assistance?
Yes. Squirrel Street is ATO & IRD registered and documents stored in your account qualify for audit purposes. Images of receipts sent to Squirrel Street can even be used for purchase returns and exchanges.
