Today, we’re thrilled to announce the arrival of our brand new account sharing feature. Shoeboxed users can now easily add other people to their account, providing safe, secure and easy access with separate private logins.
Convenient for co-founders, accountants, business partners and spouses, our account sharing feature makes it a breeze to keep everyone on the same page when it comes to tracking finances.
Account sharing is already receiving rave reviews from our users! SME owner Dave, says, “I was floundering in a mess before I used Shoeboxed. Now I have a bookkeeper who logs in and downloads all the information. I don’t even need to talk to her, except to answer a few questions. This is great for organising your business.”
The number of users that you can add to your account varies by plan level. Our DIY and Lite plans include one user per account; Classic includes up to two users; Business includes up to three users; Executive includes up to ten users. Adding additional users to your account is completely optional.
To add a new user to your Shoeboxed account, click on Manage Users in your Account Settings.
