Here at Squirrel Street we have two exciting pieces of news to announce!
1) First of all, there’s been a recent change that may make a big, positive difference to the way you Squirrel!
Drum roll… in addition to the 14 currencies already supported, we now support 11 more foreign currencies. These are already being processed on new receipts and invoices, and will be converted into AUD or NZD, or passed straight through into your accounting software if that currency is supported.
The new currencies are
Chinese Yuan (CNY)
Czech Koruna (CZK)
Hungarian Forints (HUF)
Indonesian Rupiah (IDR – yup, no more invoices of AUD$1,000,000 or more!)
Indian Rupee (INR)
Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)
Norwegian Krone (NOK)
Philippine Pesos (PHP)
Romanian Ieu (RON)
Thai Baht (THB) &
South African Rand (ZAR)
2) We have a new mailing address.
As of today, 2 March 2020, our collection point will change from Crows Nest to Frenchs Forest. The address will change on our new Magic Envelopes – you’ll probably start seeing this soon. We’ve been working with the friendly posties at Crows Nest for almost 10 years now, and it will be sad to change, but don’t worry – anything posted to the old PO Box will keep working for more than a year, until at least 31 March 2021.
Do I have to change anything in light of this?
No, please send in what envelopes you already have; we’ll still accept mail to both PO Boxes until at least 31 March 2021. However, please note that envelopes received at the Crows Nest address after 1 April 2020 may take up to two working days longer to be received in our processing centre due to mail redirections.
What if I courier my documents in or use my own envelopes?
Please courier/send them now to the following address:
PO Box 6488
FRENCHS FOREST NSW 2086
As always, if you have any questions about these changes or anything else about your Squirrel Street service, please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call on 1300 00 1333.
