As most of our clients have realized by now, Shoeboxed has recently undergone some hefty renovations worldwide in order to make the ultimately make the site more usable and more reliable for you. Our renovations have focused around migrating our back-end database onto a new, more modern, and scalable platform. Ultimately, this is a good thing: it will allow us to grow, and to easily add more functionality, and remove instability. We’re working hard to build our product into the best one possible.
However, Rome wasn’t built in a day, and with such a major project has come some seriously frustrating set-backs that have been affecting some customers, particularly around exporting and search functionality.
At Shoeboxed Australia, we want to let you know that if you’re still experiencing these issues, we haven’t forgotten about you, and we’re here to help. We know it’s aggravating, and while our ops team is working hard to weed out the last of the bugs, we’re working hard to provide you with the best assistance and support possible. Please feel free to continue to contact us when problems arise, and we will provide temporary workarounds where possible.
